Swiss Chalet, Brampton Reviews (2)
I have been ordering Swiss Chalet for a few years since I moved to the area. I've notice that in the past few months there's been issues with all of my deliveries from; wilted/soggy salad to missing parts of my order to completely different meals!
Today was the last straw for me, rest assured I will not ordering from this location ever again. For the money I spent for my ribs and wings I may as well have gone out to Baton Rouge and get real quality ribs. They came cold and dried up, almost as though they had been sitting out half the day and reheated. I was also missing almost half my order! I ran out to flag the driver but her drove off without even looking back. I called to complain and they appearantly place a rush order to send me my missing items... they came 40 minutes later from the time they placed the "Rush order" tell me how is that "rushed"!

Great restaurant with great staff.. Especially the young tall girl making the salads... Welcomed me with a great attitude and made a great salad! Thankyou!

Swiss Chalet's unique, cripsy rotisserie chicken was inspired by a secret Swiss recipe, discovered by founder Rick Mauran, from Monteral. Today, the rotisserie - a large open-flamed overn that slowly roasts the chicken in its own juices so it's crispy on the outisde and tender and juicy on the inside - is still at the heart of every Swiss Chalet.
