Every time we go to get a McFlurry, the machine is always broken! At least put up a sign BEFORE customers wait in line at the drive through!

I was at the McDonald's drive through waiting to order my coffee. As I was about to pull forward I noticed a red car backing out at a high rate of speed (he was parked behind the back door leading into McDonlad's) This spot is clearly is only for employees and delivery trucks. I honked to advise him that he could have hit me and he shoots me the lovely middle finger. So when I arrived to order my drink I asked for a manager. Clearly, this manager knew exactly who the employee was however acted like she had no idea. So I asked if anyone can park there and she said no. This proving my point that it is an employee. I also saw him coming out of the back door which clearly again means that he works there. She said she would look into it and I still have yet to hear from her. I truly believe that she is covering for this employee and I do not see why?

I was a previous employee at the Mcdonald's on Dougall and I can assure you that working there was probably the worst experience of my life. I was treated terribly, written up multiple times for reasons that were not my fault and that I could do nothing about such as being sick and having the wrong schedule sent to me, even after I printed it out and brought it to the store. I advise everyone to apply at other stores in the area because Dougall is horrid ... I'm very glad I quit so that other job opportunities are open to me.

We thought we'd try out McDonald's after a long time without having it and pulled into the drive through today at 1pm and ordered 2 coffees and 3 burgers. When the order for coffees was repeated an "ugh" could be heard on the receiving end of the order. When we went to go pick up the coffees the server was exasperated and asked us what our orders were for the third time and told us lunch hour was not "coffee time". The coffee was handed to us in a rush and overflowed over the sides. Not really a good experience though our burgers were good!
