I have had bad luck getting a good Mediterranean Wrap. There is no quality control! Frequently the lettuce is wilted which causes the filling to only fill two thirds of the wrap.
I complained about it the last time I purchased one and the supervisor made sure I got a good one on that visit. But unfortunately the same thing happened again today. My husband had the Bacon McWrap and his was fine but I prefer the Mediterranean McWrap. This has happened to me way too frequently!

my wife and I stopped for a burger at the fun font Hill store number 16400. To say it was bad is an exaggeration. The pâté was dry, black and cold, the bun was dry, and a Diet Coke with short of syrup needless to say this will waste of seven dollars. I definitely will not be going back to that McDonald's, although I did give them half a star, and that was the service because being the only ones in the queue we got served pretty quickly.

This restaurant is on Avenue Rd. Toronto, just south of high way 401. I went to this restaurant on Tuesday, Apr. 2nd, 2013. around 8:00 am. A girl toke my order, and she prepared my coffee, blue berry muffin and the other guy in the back prepared my Sausage McMuffin. After about two minutes, every thing is done, but there are only the coffee and the blue berry muffin on my tray. Nobody put the Sausage McMuffin in it. I kept on waiting until two persons behind me all got their food, so I asked the girl who toke my order to take the Sausage McMuffin just right on her back for me, but that girl ignored me and said " it's not my job. " I got so upset, and just toke the tray with coffee and blue berry muffin in it. After biting the blue berry once, I got so upset, brought the whole tray back to the counter, left it right in front of that girl and walked out. I was in a hurry, and I didn't ask for the Manager just in case somebody lost her job, but I have to write this to let you know there are still one or two of your staff not serving your customers with their heart.

I ordered a Bagle, hashbrown & hot chocolate breakfast and got charged for a deluxe hot chocolate I did not ask for. It had cream all on top (I guess the deluxe part) & I can't have cream, so I could not even drink my drink! So I paid more for my meal I could not eat all of! This was drive through, so I did not realise till it was too late.

Well I was just at one of your restaurants in Winnipeg Manitoba and not good. Yes it was take out and no dine in so didn't go make complaint instore. I got my food went and ate on my may to where I was going and the hashbrown I got was cold not warm. Egg Mcmuffin was fine for most part but egg in it was a little undercooked but still hot so must have just finished sort off. Now the Egg Mcmuffin meal is 4.42 and I was charged 5.29. I got a fountain drink instead of coffee but that should not make a price jump of nearly a dollar or at all. Coffe is .92 cents and fountain drinks are a dollar. Unless you dont' go by that. So that is .08 cents difference but yet I was charged just under a dollar more. It comes with a drink anyway but yet I paid full price for my drink. High way robbery if you ask me. I would also like to complain about priceing. Why did your prices go up and the quality is worse. You go to Burger King and the burgers are bigger and better and the food is still hot when you get it and they are cheaper. Not to mention they actually put condiments in the burger and Mcdonalds is putting less then they did before. Plus you are giving out less fries with the meal. If not your restaurants are doing it without out knowing and ripping off your customers. Now lets talk about your employees. You are in the food industry and hair nets are mandatory not optional and they don't wear them. I have gotten hair in my food which is why I started going to other locations and or other restaurants. You are going to lose me and my family for good if you don't correct your service and things at the restaurants. If I don't start seeing your employees wearing hair nets like they are supposed to I am calling the Health Board and letting them knowing what I see. Service at your restaurants are getting worse and I am not sure how you guys survive. You can't be doing that good in coffee sales. The only thing you can't really screw up.

I am disappointed with the place. I order the same thing every morning from here, 2 breakfast burritos. I don’t know if they changed staff or what but the portions have reduced drastically even my glass of orange juice was 3/4 full. It used to be a meal now its bread with cheese and eggs crumbs. Very disappointed.

They are always friendly and patient when I order.
The place is clean.

Today I asked what I could order to donate to McHappy Day. The staff person at the McDonald's at 1530 Aimco Blvd. Miss. Ontario said that I could only donate by giving a dollar and putting my name on a card. When I got back to work and checked it on on-line I found out what I was led to believe by the media was true. McDonald's is supposed to give a dollar with a purchase of a Big Mac (and a few other items). I purchased a quarter pounder and gave a donation. Now I am disappointed.

How many other customers did not hear about the promotion? How could this be? Why was she not well trained for this special day.
