i have recentley lost my son in an accident, and today i was on my way to make funeral plans. i thought i needed something to get me through the day, and went for a coffee and some food. when i got there every one was pleasent to me, but there was one person who made me feel great. she was making my blt and gave me the biggest smile. and the truth she made my heart glow a little brighter that day. so i just wanted to say thank you smiley girl for making my day with your positive attitude and beautiful smile. and i hope that your young life keeps you as youthful as you are.
i go to this tim hortons 3-4 times a week. and every time i go in, there are always very cheery and happy. i love the positive attitudes. one girl is always up beat and smiley and never seem to be in a foul mood. thank you workers from this time hortins, you should all be very proud of the hard work you put in to it.
To start, not only is the atmosphere usually good, but all tim Hortons locations have despensing units that drop sugar into the cup so that its correct everytime. The coffee has a 20 minute rule that is followed to the T. It is dumped out and a fresh pot is brewed for our enjoyment. Lastly, they get minimum wage and have to put up with people that critisize them and make their jobs difficult. So chill, its Tim Horton's not a two star coffee shop.
They are NEVER warm or inviting to the customers, yesterday I walked in and walked right out, tired of the poor service.
Orders are always mixed, and some how they're coffees always have way too much sugar no matter how you order. I usually go for a large d/d but decided on a 2xcream 1xsugar and was still too sweet, and the coffee is kept longer that the Tim Horton's regulations on "fresh brewed"
