The Mcdonalds in Portmoody beside the cops shop is bad news.... sloppy/forgetful service & they dont care..make you pay for each pack of sauce..& the owner is a complete Arrogant Jerk!!..Owner has no manners & treats his customers like dirt....Your better off going up the road to the one on the other side of the street 3 minutes away..they dont make you pay for there packs of Chicken Sauce or Ketchup & Customer service is great.

We received saving coupons on Mcgriddles, as we had never try this item before, we thought of trying it with the saving coupon, if its no good, its fine as we do not spend a lots on it, if its good, we may get more or introduce it to our friends or co-workers. We were so very disappointed when told Mcgriddles were not carry in the restaurant at Walmart Thornhill.

Haha! I love this McDonalds, it is fast service with great quality food, and by the sound of the kitchen it sounds like a fun team! Oh go there frequently and all the time I get fast and great service, their team sounds like a great one, they frequently look happy and they... Sing disco in the kitchen, but doesn't mess with their quality!

Yesterday I stopped at the mcdonalds on barnett and falcon, bought a chicken nugget combo for my daughter, and half way home realized they forgot the sauce and ketchup. No big deal I'll stop at the nearest mcdonalds, ( on st.johns, beside the police dept. ) and ask for sauce and ketchup. I wait in drive thru line up for about 5 min and nicley explain why I need some condiments and to my suprise the cashier tells me I shouldn't have come there becouse it wasn't the same restaraunt, but he would do me a " favour " and give me the sauce. I was shocked so I offered to give him fifty cents for the sauce and he actually accepted my money!!! I was shocked!!! oh and by the way he never gave me the ketchup I asked for either and I didn't bother asking after the whole sauce ordeal.
