My Hornby tonneau cover I purchased 20 years ago was not latching properly. I went back this week to get it fixed fully expecting to pay for a repair and if necessary replacement. A couple of the employees spent 15 minutes repairing and lubing up the old latch device and voila...it works like a charm. The owner recognized me from all those years ago and wouldn't take a dime for the repair. Now THAT is service. If I could rate this company a 6 out of 5....I definitely would have. Thanks gentlemen!!
Hornby's Canopy in Victoria , BC is an excellent company to deal with. I purchased a truck canopy from them and am very satisfied with their professional manner in which they conducted themselves. I had to get a couple of small things adjusted and tended to, and their service was terrific. Mark and the boys are always helpful with a smile.
