Lived there for three years, I had zero problems the whole time. The fire alarm goes off a lot because people smoke in stairwells sometimes but otherwise everything was great, landlord was super nice.

They rent out their apartments with heating included supposedly...It is a freezer in winter cause they use an old water system for heating.
Expect to wait 3 months+ if something breaks. They will do nothing unless you threaten with legal action.
Do yourself a favor and never deal with this company or their management.

Prepare to come home at night and find that there is no water for your morning shower. Or to flush the toilet. Make sure that you use the toilet at work before you go home. Keep a toothbrush at work. Also a razor. Throw in a towel. Unexplained water outages with no warning. Also, the building has fifteen floors. Two elevators and only one will work. Security is a joke. I never used the washing machines in the building so I can't comment on the frequent breakdowns and lack of cleanliness in the laundry room.

je ne recommande a personne de loue run appt avec cette compagnie, il y a aucun service .. l'immeuble est constituer de 14 etage et il ya que deux machine a laver en mâche tout U LONG DE L ANNÉE DU JAMAIS VU... on meur de froid l'hiver.. ils disent que le chauffage est inclus GROSSE ARNAQUE.. l'ascenseur est souvent en pane sinon il faut l attendre 5 min avant qu il arrive.. et s'il y a un problème personne ne s en fera ils renouvelle le bail sans consentement du locataire.. JE DECONSEIL informez vous avant de louer ici
