Bed bugs, silverfish, fast repair jobs with fancy chrome taps. Tubs refinished but with remnants of paint roller, and turned rock hard to slice you up as you bath. They made sure to encase all the previous tenants hair in the drain so water barely drains. Painted baseboard heaters with rock hard drips of pet hair from the previous tenants. Laminate flooring bunched up with nails popping through.

Elevators always broken, stuck between floors, stairwells are falling apart with ceiling and debris hanging down. Massive amounts of grease and stains all over flooring by basement parking garage. Hate tracking this up to my apartment.

It feels like the place is falling apart whenever the elevator is in use and you get stuck between floors and have to pry the doors open. Talked to a lady today, sitting in her hallway because she was scared her floor was caving in. The grounds are dirty and run down. Outside the main door are tires, some sort of box that looks like it's been set on fire. Tons of dog feces - do not move here if you don't like dogs. These people are gross and I don't deserve to step in dog crap when I don't even have pets!

Parking garage has grates missing out of the bottom so you take a nose dive and destroy the underside of your truck each time. I now park on the street because they took overnight parking away.

Patio doors broken, windows broken, but ... you get stainless steel appliances (but you have to ask, ours didn't get a dishwasher or a range hood, or a microwave even though it was advertised with them) so now when you cook, it's a hundred degrees in there. We've got two portables and STILL can't keep it cool enough, and we run a dehumidifier to keep the silverfish levels low.
