April 5/2013

Heather Scott and Jenn O'Brien arranged House Master to inspect 1135 Parkers point Rd. at approx. 3:30pm. Patti and I drove to Gravenhurst to be there for the inspection. On the drive there Heather Scott called us, said Jenn O'Brien would meet us there and she had the three waiver forms to be signed.
All present were Jenn O'Brien, Joel Barden (HouseMaster inspector), Patti And Joe Whitwell.
The inspection was completed with an excellent report. Jenn O'Brien gave us the waivers and we signed them all, We instructed Jenn O'Brien to submitted them to firm up the offer and complete the deal before Monday April 8, 2013 6pm.

April 9/2013

Heather Scott called us and said the Seller was getting cold feet and wanted more money down. We were shocked as we completed all requirements and prepared to complete the sale on April 29,2013 they were instructed to submit the waivers. We questioned Heather why she failed to submit the waivers, she gave no response.

April 11/2013

Heather Scott called us with the Sellers conditions if we still wanted to purchase the Property.

The Seller wanted a closing date change from April 29/2013 to May 31/2013 and that the Seller could use the lower level and garage after the closing date of May31 2013

April 30/2013

While now residing at the Marriot Residence inn we drove to Bala and stopped at Oliver's Coffee Shop. Heather Scott and Jenn O'Brien drove in and we talked. I asked Heather and Jenn why they failed to submit the waivers to complete the deal, they gave no response. I told them that we incurred substantial added expenses due to their failure to submit all the signed waivers, and would be to seeking legal advice. Heathers response was to do what we had to.
