Always loved Gino’s pizza I’m from out of town and stopped by on October 1st the pizza was very good and good prices will order again

I had a great experience at Gino’s Pizza. Parvesh Singh was very friendly, polite, and provided excellent customer service. He made sure my order was prepared quickly and just the way I wanted. Thank you, Parvesh, for making the visit enjoyable

Exactly what you get from any Gino’s. same consistency for a good price

I ordered 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings on each. There was hardly any toppings at all on both pizzas and there was absolutely no flavor. Worst pizza I ever had.

Try to order at 10pm when they're open another hour, and he REFUSED to make a pizza for me (whole pizza, not a slice) I'll be shocked if they're still here in 6 months. Would have spent $35, but could not, because they'd already "cleaned up".
Tried again, about a week later, just a slice this time. Cold and crusty on the edges, seemed like previous day's unsold... mentioned the previous experience and was told "it's better if you don't come back" in a threatening manner.
DO NOT RECOMMEND

Staff are super friendly. Ordered in person. Got our order home and there was a hair on one pizza and we ordered plain wings but they were breaded

I am a prominent and old customer of Gino's pizza, Guelph line(your store). And the food is extravagant and amazing, but from the recent deliveries which I have been ordering a sikh comes with white car probably a (Jetta) which has many unwanted stickers on his car he rather drives rash in our locality and he's always drinking. Twice i ignored it but it happened again so it does not look like a sober and an obedient delivery. He smells with alcohol which is rather not approved when driving and delivering. So if you hadn't known this till yet, I would like you to take this under observation and light.

Thanks Gino’s staff for brilliant service. Delivery was on time and pizza was well cooked and very delicious. Nice Toppings of veggies and cheese.🥰 Garlic bread was quite tasty 😋. I highly recommend this place .

Originally I had posted a one star review from multiple bad experiences. The new owners sent a lovely message so we decided to give them another try. Complete turn around!! It was soooo good. Tried the shahi paneer and it was insanely good! We will be back for sure!

I stopped by Gino Pizza at Roseland Plaza for a late-night bite, and it did not disappoint! The pizza was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor, even at such a late hour. They offer a variety of toppings and the crust had just the right amount of crunch. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you’re craving a good slice late at night, this is definitely the spot to check out in Burlington!

I had a fantastic experience at Gino’s Pizza Place.The vibe was cozy, and friendly staff. I ordered the pepperoni and chicken pizza, which was excellent—perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of sauce. They have a great selection on the menu, and the prices are very fair for the quality. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves pizza!

Went there to get a slice since they are running a $4 per slice promo but ended up buying a large shawarma pizza after engaging with such a lovely staff!! Their veggies were really fresh and the place was fully packed when I arrived but they took under 15 mins to get my pizza out!

Best ever Gino’s pizza in the town, i really loved the pizza at the store. The service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I also appreciated the variety of options available on the menu. Whether you're a meat lover or prefer vegetarian options, they have something for everyone. Amninder (employee at the store) was so helpful and cooperative.I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Useless! Everytime i come here they make a mistake. This time they forgot to make a walk in special while they were all standing in the back eating cake lol

I ordered a pizza yesterday the older woman who delivered it was having a hard time finding my place and I missed her initial call as I was dealing with my six month old at the time. I called her back promptly. She was rude on the phone and when I checked the voicemail she left in my machine she said “oh my f-ing god” before hanging up. Not only the delivery was unpleasant, I have yet to receive a good pizza from this location. The pizza I got was undercooked to the point that it was still doughy, had minimal cheese on it (I could see more sauce than cheese) and had undercooked pepperoni. Huge waste of money, would recommend finding another place to order because clearly this location lacks product standards and staff professionalism.

I received half my order and when I requested the other portion 3 times I still never received it. I am not important enough I guess.
