I recently went to Big Al's as a first time fish buyer. I purchased a new tank and was told free incandescent bulbs would come with my canopy. By the time I got home I found my canopy was broken and my free bulbs were not included. I returns to the store the next morning and the person who sold me the canopy was there and verified that she told us we'd receive free bulbs with the manager standing beside her. He made us pay for the bulbs and didn't provide any compensation for having to come back. 1-2 free guppies would have been nice. Fact of the matter is I didn't appreciate the low level of customer service and purchased my fish at another store instead. I Will not be returning and neither will my brother in law who accompanied me and is their biggest fresh water customer.

Big Al's has alwas been vary good in survice and qualty and the have a huge slecton of fish and sluplys but i still think there on the expencive side

this store sells fish and won't accept return....

I really love coming into Big Al's Aquarium Services as often as possible. My bf and I usually try and go in and check out the new stock every weekend. Some of the part time staff are not as dedicated as the full timers are, that much is clear. But if you are looking for service, find your favourite staff member and then go back to them each time, they get to know you and the service you get is phenominal. Great store keep it up! By the way our favourite staff members are Jonathon, Justin and Alex.
