I am very disappointed in the pictures I received from Lifetouch this year. In the past I have had no complaints.
This year I paid for my sons grade 12 pics and didn't receive any, he didn't even receive a student card. When contacted, they said that they cashed my check but there was no record of his picture being taken! I did get my check reimbursed.
For grad photos, it was even more disappointing. When I received my package my sons head was cut off in all the photos with one pose. And the package I ordered did not come as ordered. I had to send everything back and pick another pose, the woman I spoke to said she didn't know if his head would be cut off in that one!!!
Unbelievable. What happened to Lifetouch? They've gone downhill for sure.
