Pampered Pets

I love going to the The Pampered Pet. I like to see all the animals including the four store cats. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, which is nice to see from the other big box pet stores. Well done!!

I love this pet store. They carry a large variety of items and high quality natural foods. If they do not have it they will try they're best to order it just for you. This is a very friendly store and staff is very knowledgable and kind. They have a store full of differnt animals including a lovely white german sheppard and a kitty the sleeps on the printer. I will continue to shop here as long as it remains open.

I brought my shih tzu in for grooming and she came out looking fabulous :) My groomer was very nice and it didn't take all day.

I have only had quality grooming care and results from the Groomer my dog visits every 2-3 months - at 2446 Bank Street. My miniature Yorkshire Terrier- Bailey (female) has been going to this Pampered Pet since the age of 3 months. The Staff are wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend this Groomer to anyone searching for place to get there dog or cat groomed.

My dog came out looking like a 4 year old took some scissors and had a good time. It was horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone it was a waste of time and money!

rude rude rude rude woman. spoke rudely, bossy, and liar. gave incorrect unsolicted inforrmation, based on her"reading" a competitors label. continued to give incorrect unsolicted advice on my dogs health. (my opinion backed by a vet who has been paid for their expertise) proceeded to attempt to unleash my dog without permission, i finally lost it and told her to back off. all this with an unstable white sheppard following her around and growling at anyone else who looked at it. she also refused to allow me to purchase items.
