So, my boyfriend & I decided we were going to go get a new fish or two, our fish, Zoomer, passed away a week earlier.
Part of moving on, we decided two more fish & that's it.
We saw these cute fancy guppies, the sign said female fancy guppies.
We thought, awesome, they won't get pregnant & they can be sisters. They were the last two.
As it turns out, a few weeks later, I found some what I thought were bugs, which turned out to be fish.
So we both thought, maybe she was pregnant before we got her.
4 weeks after that, well, let's say there's more than I can count on my hand.
Clearly the staff aren't knowledgable in the fish department.
The one fish looks like a male, the top fin is so long & droopy.
The female fish is clearly a female, she's huge.
Anyway, don't get fish unless they know for sure that there's a difference between male and female.

What a surprise that a company such as this has no customer service.
The staff is not knowledgeable, the managers are not empowered to deal with customer complaints and the senior managers only repeat the company line.
"Buy ten bags (of dog food) and get one free"
Nowhere did I ever see that I had to buy the same brand. After loyally shopping at the same store for two years I was finally told they would not do anything for me. I have bought two bags of three different brands and one bag of another for a total of seven bags. My dog is going to be dead and buried before I get to ten bags.
Apparently I had to buy ten bags of the same brand. Who knew? Apparently it was on all the advertisements. Well, I didn't see it. I drove 5 miles out of my way to buy a bag of dog food to support a store that I thought had a customer loyalty program.
I was supporting the store and not the brand. The store it seems does not support loyal customers.
Since I did not receive even a teeny, tiny little bit of support from the store how can I (or anybody) support a store like this that thinks so little of their customers. When I tried to speak with a Mr. Urbani, the CEO, I was told he would not be taking my call. I only spent $387.00 at the store whereas others had spent over $7000.00 during the same period. Thanks Tish, I can see where your company's priorities are. You are right, I may never spend that much money at your store.... but then again, things change and I may. I may also know a lot of people who might have spent money at your store but may not in the future.
Well, I guess this company knows where it's priorities are and I know where mine are; certainly no loyalty to a store that cannot respect customers.
I would have bought three more bags of food if they had only offered me something...throw me a bone so to speak... say, half price on the last one. I would have continued to buy from the store, hell, next dog might be bigger and require more food.

Mr. Urbani, When you are laying awake at night, wondering why sales are down and you are having trouble meeting your payroll, you think about this email.
