I have been bringing my dog to the same groomer for years. Emma is wonderful and caring. Recently I called to book an appointment with Emma for my dog and was told she was no longer working there. I was trying to explain to the new groomer that my dog had sensitive skin and she cut me off and said she was busy and didnt have tine to listen to me telling her about my dogs problems. I then replied that I guess I should just take him somewhere else where the groomers do care about the pets. She replied yes do that.

I called the manager to complain and he said he spoke with her and she ddi not mean it that way and basically its her word against mine??

I know what she said. For a company that is closing so many stores.I think managers and staff should perhaps care about customers in order to keep their business. I will never give this store anymore business.
