This is a great pet store! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They carry a wide variety of dog and cat food, toys and treats. They also offer Thursday discount day on treats with 15% off.
I am now taking my dog to one of their groomers named Adeet. She is a very nice lady who does a wonderful job and my dog loves her!

I just gotta say.... I've known Bianca l guess you would say pretty much since she was a kid .. n lemme say that she really put her love for animals to fantastic use .. especially for our community .. I have alot of fur kids ( 3 cats 1 Duke n Fish) .. n every single time we go in .. we always get asked how the "kids" are or if we're getting a bone for Duke .. lm really proud of this store n all the gals that work there .. they not only care about you as a customer but the really take care n love for ur babies n not alot of places do that with the TLC Southwood has .. knowin that there's a new location .. just wanna say .. it's been a pleasure watchin Bianca as an owner n a person . So WAY TO GO SOUTHWOOD N ALL THE STAFF .. thank u for lovin all of us ..

It was my first time visiting this location, I just needed to grab a bag of food for my pup the lady helping me I believe her name was Hannah, was amazing! She made the whole experience awesome. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, energetic, and fun to talk to. An absolute gem! She asked if she needed helped to find exactly what I needed and even told me about the upcoming Black Friday and Christmas promos. Great customer service all around and appreciate the kind energy!

All the staff are always very pleasant and extremely helpful. Top notch customer service, hard to find these days. The inventory is extensive, and if they don’t stock something you are looking for, they will bring it in. A great place to shop for your furry family members. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Bianca and how she runs the business. I am a regular here. Highly recommended. Good quality products and also everyone who works there is so kind, helpful and nice! They even have special days with discounts, highly appreciated!

I gave 4 stars bc of grooming. I did not have a great experience. I brought my dogs twice. Both times my dog came home matted. I attached a photos for a reference. My dog came home with a part of her chest shaved and a part matted.. Bianca called and explained that they were very booked and busy that day, which was very helpful to know why I might not have received any call explaining the situation from the groomer.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, it's always such a pleasant experience to pop in and grab food for my dogs. I love that they carry high quality, Canadian products as well. The customer service here is unrivalled!

Jenny at Pet Planet does a phenomenal job grooming my 60lb anxious Goldendoodle/labradoodle Daisy!! 🎉 I have been seeing Jenny for nearly 3 years, she does an amazing job every time!! At Pet Planet, the price for Daisy to get groomed is more affordable than Petsmart and it takes less time! Jenny is very kind, gentle and loving towards animals! I cannot recommend Jenny enough for your grooming needs!!
