Contacted X Copper after getting my ticket and spoke to a really helpful advisor who explained the whole process in detail and answered all my questions. He then kept me up to date on the process and required very little input from me. They handled everything and achieved a very positive outcome with all charges being withdrawn.

As soon as I walked in the office and sat down with Charles, I knew I was in good hands. He was very patient and explained everything with so much detail. My mind was completely put at ease within a few minutes of chatting. He was very friendly and understanding and knew exactly what to do and suggest to make this work for me. Very very pleased with my service and will definitely be referring to anyone who needs. Hopefully I won't have to come back...but if I do, I know it will be another pleasant experience. I am a commercial vehicle operator. The tractor trailer I was driving rolled over and received a careless driving ticket. Initially I handed over the matter to another legal service firm (don't want to mention the name) when that representative contacted me to discuss the case he directly told me he is trying to reduce the charges but want be able to withdraw the charges completely.
