The Mufflerman - London East

Just had a great experience at the Mufflerman on Dundas St., London. I took my 12 yr. car in expecting a large price tag,(being female and blonde). The gentleman at the counter listened patiently to my description of the problem. Once my car was assessed I was taken into the shop and shown the problem, huge hole in muffler. He then explained how the car would be fixed and I was presented with a very reasonable estimate for the repair and replacement. I am so pleased to find an honest shop that realizes that taking care of their customers is their business best advertisement!

Having moved from Cambridge recently where I had a very reliable mechanic, I was very skeptical about trying to find a new one. I headed to mufflerman to get my exhaust fixed about a year ago and have been going there for everything ever since. The people are very friendly, always honest with the time it will take, and show you what they are going to fix before they start anything.

Since I've had a couple of oil changes, new rad put in, new tires put on and have always had great success.

I cannot vouch for other mufflerman locations, but if you head to the Dundas location you will not be disappointed!
