Midas

I was more than satisfied when I first brought my car to a Midas location close by where I work. There I met Robin and, over the years, he demonstrated to be the best manager ever in town. He's friendly, reliable and just. When I learned that he had moved to another location in Ottawa, it took me only a couple of months to realize that it is worth to drive a couple of miles to bring my cars to his attention. Robin is now managing the Carling store and I have no doubt that other loyal customers, like me, will shift garages to continue trusting on his expertise and fairness. This is the type of garage that, under Robin's management, you can leave the keys of your car knowing that they will find the best solution to your problem and, most importantly, at the most affordable price. I'm back Robin!

Lets set the picture for you here firstly.
I'm not some guy paid to right a review about Midas, I'm a computer systems technician who doesn't know a DAMN thing about cars. I'm the type that takes it to canadian tire (aka crappy tire) as I don't know a DAMn thing about cars.

I had a tire company swap the tire treds to rims I had and they messed up the balancing (this is an un named tire company (bension tires))
I wasn't happy with Bension and so I took it to Midas.

I was honest with them and how I do know I have other issues with my car, but I just want my tires balanced and fixed for now due to financial reasons.

They happily rotated and fixed my tires, they also gave me a quote for the cost to repair my other problems (I also add they gave me a detailed report of the other issues, there was no hidden stuff).

I was really happy with Midas happily fixing my wheel balancing issue and they got it done same day for me.
It opened my eyes up to say that yes Midas on Carling Avenue in Ottawa Ontario Owner Derek Hanna and his crew are good hard working fella's.
