I will definetely not recommand these movers. First they forgot stuff in my home. Then, when furniture arrived in France, the French mover told me they would not unpack and reassemble but it was in the estimate I paid for. I wrote an email to the Vancouver office and....the person in charge finally replied 1 month later and to say that we did pay for it but did nothing. So don't choose this company for your international move. They are not reliable.
...that the Vancouver (Burnaby), BC and Calgary, AB locations are separate entities and ownership from Tippet-Richardson Ltd. operating in Ontario and Montreal. It sounds as though you contracted the business through TR Westcan Inc. o/a Tippet-Richardson in Vancouver. I'm sorry to hear you had problems on your relocation, however I think it is imporatant to note that the London location where you have posted this review has absolutely no involvement or stake in your move if it was booked through the Calgary or Vancouver locations.

These movers were quick and professional. Did the job in record time and when there was a scratch on a mirror frame, they took care of it, no problem. I would highly recommend them.
