Cindy was so helpful ensuring I got the exact unit that best fit my needs. I have enjoyed having my gear protected during the harsh winter months. Would recommend to anyone in need of a storage facility! Tks again!!

Storage is storage. Kept clean and lit, plowed and security stops in later at night.

But what really makes it is when the staff are willing to go above and beyond to help out in any way they can.

Dealt with Peter and Cindy, and thats what made the experience really. Just two nice people who work with you whenever you need.

Cindy was patient when my credit card wasn’t working (had to call the bank 3 separate times on hold 30 minutes to resolve a new card activation…) and made sure we got the payment through in time.

Peter was always timely on site to offer any assistance needed.

If it weren’t for the customer focus, it would just be a storage facility. But people like that make the difference.

They are not like U-Haul where its just staff and don’t work with tenant. Most people who require short term storage is usually because of some personal change that isnt easy. So to have a collaborative staff is greatly appreciated

The team is very easy to work with. Our access space is well maintained.

I would highly recommend Access Storage Kanata (Self-Serve). All aspects of the rental and usage of the storage locker were done seamlessly. Peter was very kind, knowledgeable and dependable. The locker was cleaned and when I requested extra palets, they were given to me the same day. Definitely had a great experience. Thank you Access Storage for the wonderful experience!

My name is Christina foster , I thought this place was great , had a great few months , super understanding , but the moment of the move out day , there was abit of a miss communication and Cindy the main manager was being so disrespectful and bitchy towards us and for such a small miss communication , I thought it was fine to do multiple trips because not everyone can afford a move out truck and because that was miss understood she was very angry with us .

She also admitted how much Peter the nice worker gave us a bigger deal then usual , I can’t thank you enough because we have been threw hell and back but she made it pretty clear that he is so much under her in company wise and he made a huge mistake giving us that deal

I’m sorry my last payment was the middle of July but you and Peter both seemed to be more then understanding at least on the phone and threw a screen

So yes it was a shock how disrespectful you were with us today . Even if you guys ever let us come back , we will never come back to this company again

And we were with you guys for a good couple of months , at least over 6 months as far as I know

Very positive experience. Josh and Cindy were both super amazing at getting me set up. I was able to access a unit the same day! Both were friendly and professional and made this as stress and anxiety free as possible.

A few weeks ago I stopped in with a friend at her unit to drop off and organize some things inside. It was nighttime. While we were there it was rather dark and not overly friendly. However. One of the their security patrols came by and asked if we needed any help and let us know the yard closed at 11pm but he would be around if we needed anything. I felt so much better knowing someone was there. He was very professional and friendly. It was great to see Access actually cares about their tenants and their property. We have a couple of units for our business in Carleton Place at a different company and I believe we are going to move them to an access site since there have been numerous break ins in our current place. Id rather our inventory be safe where we know there is security watching over it and the company actually cares about our property. We have had a unit broken into and it is a terrible feeling. I wish our site had these guys.

Had a storage unit with them for 3.5 years, haven't had one issue with them and they have been very accommodating & helpful when I needed it! Will be coming back here once work picks up again which is the only reason I had to close down my unit with them. Highly recommend them for all your storage needs.
