First time hiring movers for us. Not disappointed. On time, quick, professional, and friendly. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you Richard, Rick and helpers for doing such a great job. Thank you to Jeff, Cathy, and Lisa at the office for being so thorough and informative.
I used AMJ for a big move from West Kelowna to Calgary. I was very impressed with the packer, the movers and the price. Would recommend them on that basis for sure. Everything for the most part went as planned.
One thing I am disappointed with is with a couple items that were damaged in the move that Atlasworld group will not pay for. I think having the insurance may be a bit of a scam.

Unfortunately please NEVER use this company. We had damage in our new home to our stairs and contacted the company right away and they denied there was the damage and didn't do anything about it. They used a moving dolly to get the heavy item up bc they were not strong enough to bring it up our stairs. They were deceitful in what we signed with the paperwork as well and said we signed that we had no damage. We would have never signed that bc we told them to stop bc they were damaging the stairs. What was the likely scenario, we were lying? No their delivery guys were covering it up by not showing us the correct paperwork. See photos for proof. Stay away from them!
I had a Wayfair delivery through AMJ Campbell today. AMJ set up the delivery in advance, with good communication, delivery was made on the day and time scheduled and was completed by Ryan and Cole, both of whom were respectful, helpful, efficient and just…….NICE! I would highly recommend this Company and this team of delivery experts!!!
Cole & Ryan went above and beyond and helped me unpack my (very heavy) firepit and then took the box for recycling! Thank you very much!
The delivery crew, Cole and Ryan, were amazing. They were on time and did the job quickly. They were also very respectful of our home and they went above and beyond with respect to the clean up.
Big shout out to Ryan and Cole for a job well done. Delivered our new sectional couch from Wayfair today. Very courteous and professional in their work ethic. Delivered it up to the second floor and assembled and set it up. Removed all packaging, couldn't be happier.

Moving with this company was my worst moving experience and I have moved several times. I have missing & broken items and damaged property. ALWAYS ask for your weigh scale tickets- they over charged by 1,080lbs and it took several weeks to be refunded.
Edit: I did contact this email and you offered no resolution. The AMJ Franchise GM was cc’ed on all of the emails and offered zero resolution. In fact, they allowed the franchisee to send me aggressive emails. They were not heard from since Nov 14.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone in home deliveries for a week to arrange a pick up. My item has been available for pick up for over a month and no one will return my calls to schedule the pick up. This is unacceptable, poor customer service!
I highly recommened AMJ Campbell as your moving company! They truly do make your move a most pleasant, helpful and caring experience. AMJ Campbell truly do make this your best move!

Used packing and moving services. We called several times with questions and they were very helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make our move go smoothly and quickly. The guys that showed up for the move were so friendly and efficient. Many thanks to them, the office staff and the owner that runs a great company!
The moving team was amazing. Very friendly and fun to have around, especially during a high-pressure time such as a move. They were quick, organized and all together efficient. I highly recommend this company 👌
From start to finish, friendly professional service. The two gentlemen who delivered our goods were the best. Steep driveway did not allow trailer to park near our house (100' driveway) so they had to make multiple trips up and down with no complaints and great attitudes. Would recommend to anyone.
Avoid AMJ at all costs, literally. I have made three cross-country moves in the past five years and will be making one more this year (my last, I hope). I moved most recently from Hamilton to Kelowna with AMJ. They lost precious goods and were unconcerned about such. The entire 'staff' is comprised of crooks and morons--a lethal combination. Hijacked us at the end by holding our goods until we paid an additional ten percent, the usual drill, I know, but I'm not standing for it.
