Moores Clothing for Men

I was in a friends wedding party last week and ended up having to wear one of my suits instead of the one I had purchased through Crowfoot Moores. First off, when I first went in to try on the jacket, the girl that was helping me didn't even know how to find it. She asked me if I knew the style number or who was helping my friend with his wedding account. She said that they do so many weddings and grads that she wasn't able to look it up without all that info. I was blown away by this because a couple years ago when I got married, all 7 of my groomsmen and myself all bought suits through this store and were able to "look it up" using only my name.

I went in a second time to talk to someone else who was capable of finding my jacket for me. once they did, the guy that was helping me quickly chalked one sleeve without asking any of my preferences and said it would be tailored very quickly.. 2 weeks later, 1 day before the wedding, it was finally done. I went in to get it and brought it home. When I tried it on, my mother noticed that the sleeves were way to short, and not even the same length. I went in the next morning (day of the wedding) to see if they could fix the mistake they had made.. the same guy that was helping before was super rude. $300 just for a suit jacket, the jacket didn't fit right, the alterations they did on the sleeves were way to short. The salesman told me that this is the way they are supposed to fit and the sleeves were fine. I told him this is not what I wanted where he proceeded to tell me that this is what I asked for. I never once said anything about having the "high cuff" nor did he ever say anything when chalking the sleeves.

He then proceeded to tell me that he has been doing this for 25 years and he knows way more about it than I do.. also asked me if my mother sells suits and when I said no also said he knew more than her. He proceeded to argue with me and never once said they were at fault by any means. He never offered to make things better except when he said "can you wear it to the wedding and we will fix it after?". Why would I spend $300 on a jacket that doesn't even fit? after much more arguing on his part I had enough and wanted to return it. I was able to get a refund, but had to wear a different jacket to the wedding. Luckily the style was similar to the other guys in the wedding party.

I will never be setting foot in this Moores or any other one ever again after being treated like such shit. the arrogant salesguys name is Haeman, if you want to waste your money and be treated horribly go see him. He will make sure your suit fits terribly and make it your fault for the shotty service and tailoring.
