Rented a carpet cleaner second time. Had rented once 2 months earlier without any issues. On returning this time was told its not clean. I did rinse the dirty water container before taking it back but it surely had left some stuff in one corner. Just for logical reasoning, I started asking that since you guys don't open and check or ask the customer to check when giving it away how can we confirm it was clean when you gave it to me. It maybe dirty at that time. You should get the customer to check it Just asking this question, the lady at the customer service said - DON'T USE THAT TONE WITH ME. I was dumbstruck. Simple question and thats how she reacted. I asked for the manager and was told the manager is not available. I just said, you lost a customer today and walked out from there.
