3 times this summer went into rona in leamington to buy clearance items that are not in stock but computer said they were. It took several weeks before they removed items from-internet. Dept manager never returned my calls when I asked him to let me know why items were not deleted. I suspect they do this to get you in store and hope you buy something else. False advertising if you ask me.

I received a Flyer for the Hamilton Location, I went in to purchase two items from the Flyer to be told that the only location that carries those items was Grimsby. Then I put an item on hold for a Christmas gift, I went in the next day to purchase and the gentle men did not put it on hold and there were no more sizes. That same day I put an order in for two shirts and was told the iten would be on the the next wed. On the Fiday two days before Christmas they only delivered one shirt when I put the order in two weeks prior. They did not apologies and would not offer any price match or help and were completely rude to me over the phone. I was told two days in a row that someone would call me back and no one returned my phone calls to let me know the progress of my items that were put on order. This was all within 2 weeks. I will never shop at RONA evener again!
