Abrams Towing

Terrible arrived 35 minutes late with no apologies then after he boosted my car charged me more than twice what I was quoted. Very scammy and unprofessional to up the price after my car was running with his car blocking me in. Only 2 of us in my empty parking garage.

Big thanks to Sho, Ryan and Max for helping us out when no one else could. Service was courteous and professional. We were stuck with a large broken down service vehicle far away from home in the middle of the night. Another tow company recommended you to us because they said you were the only ones with a full fleet of trucks that could handle our size vehicle at that time. The value we got from Abrams for the amount we paid was unmatched by your competition. Your driver Max worked well over three hours past his scheduled 12 hour shift to help us get home, when no one else would or could help. Your combined efforts are greatly appreciated, you really made a difference for us, thank you again. This was by far the best towing service among many, that I have ever received. :)

In 2009 my transport truck had caught fire and was towed to an impound yard with my trailer. Great service. Next day went to go over the damage to my truck and found all my fuel 600 gallons was gone my led bumper lights and air cleaner lights were both stolen and some were replaced with a non led light. When i talked to Roger white i was told the fuel was taken for safety BUT other vehicles still had fuel in them and i had already talked with the fire department and they said no reason to drain tanks they were safe and when i mentioned the lights he informed me with a snarky remark your truck burnt what do you care insurance will cover it.

I Will not use Abrahms again due to principle. Always double check you fuel and dont leave your valuables and go over your exterior of your vehicle for damages or theft.

I just wanted to say you guys are very well run. I had a car impounded on Beecroft and Sheppard when I suddenly came out to see it was gone!!!!! I tried to report it stolen but they told me try Abrams I called, it was there. I was very angry because I was getting a root canel when they came but once I arrvied at the office a tall younger man named "A.J" told me how the process would be. He was kind,professional, and very helpful. Thank you Abrams, thank you a.j for great experience you are the best

2 weeks ago my car broke down on the way from picking up my son. I called Abrams and they sent their driver name Hamlet. I will never forget such amazing service. He was very polite, funny and was here in 20 mins during rush hour. Thank you Abrams and Thank you Hamlet for preventing my evening from being a disaster. My son won't stop talking about Tow Mater. Two thumbs up

This evening, around 5:30 @ Sheppard and Bathurst, my car stopped because of low gas.
I had two babies in the car. One 2 years old and other one just 3 weeks old!
I didn't bring my cell phone with me and didn't know what to do...
Then a police car and Abrams towing car came and helped me with transfering baby car seats and everything.

Abrams towing is the company to go with! They're prices are great and drivers are so nice!! My car broke down in a main intersection on my way to work, I have never felt more embaressed in my life!! A friend gave me the number and within 10 or 15 minuted my life was saved!! I would just like to thank the driver Hamlet ! Your hooked me up safely ,quickly and played my station in the truck!! To Whom It May Concern

Last night my car broke down. Your man Ali was very efficient and had the car hooked up safely in a few minutes. I could not go with him so I explained verbally that I wanted the car dropped off at my office. I mentioned that my mechanic was next door to my office. Ali did better than my instructions, he put the car right in front of my mechanics shop. Abrams did a great job, when you see Ali please thank him for me.

I would like to thank your company on behalf of one of your employees, Brett Frankland.

He towed my '87 Topaz yesterday from the Canadian Tire parking lot and was so calm, helpful and thorough in his attempt to move my car... car locked, wheels turned rainy, weather etc. He walked me through each step of the tow and was amazing. It was reassuring to have him working on my car and finally deliver it to its destination.
