I bought a bag from guildford danier lather before mother's day .The funny thing was that bag strap ripped after 10 days, so I took bag back to store. A women who worked there talked to me with attitude she said that she will order another bag after week they called me an told me that my bag has arrived. So then I bring bag home when I checked bag it looked like it was worn out so then i called them and told them about the bags conditions and then they said the same thing that they would order me another bag situation they order another bag. When I went to pick up the bag it looked like it was worn out just like the one I had gotten previously. So then I said I want a refund but they kept saying that they wouldn't give me my refund they said their company wouldn't allow a refund and then they started arguing with me.I left my bag and didn't got refund. I felt like I have been robbed.The worst part was the lady's attitude .bad customer service.
