I used Dr Green in summer of 2009. Ordered a package with aeration. My lawn never looked worse than it did last year, I was happy to be rid of them.
They show up this summer and I sent them away twice, telling them to cancel.I did not realize they automatically renew for the next year (a scam in itself).
I missed them on the third time, they fertalized and left a bill. When I complained over the phone they told me I had to cancel in person, I could not do through their workers (too complicated for them I guess).
They keep sending bills, I wish them luck.

I would avoid this company if you like to deal with reputable businessmen.

I signed up for Dr. Green Lawn Care service after a door-to-door sales person stopped by this Spring and offered a six visit service with a "Free Aeration”. I was promised a green, weed free lawn. My lawn is looking terrible and is full of weeds. They have never aerated. I have phoned their "Customer Service" department several times to no avail. They claim to have completed two visits already and when asked about the aeration, they state that they are planning to do the it “soon”. I am going to fertilize my lawn myself and dig out the weeds myself, hopefully will have a green weed free lawn again!! I will NEVER use these people again.
