I will start this by the lady helping me was great. She listened to what I was looking for in a engagement ring. The price was 2,000. Then within 1 week of owing my ring 3 little diamonds fell out of the sides of it. I called and the assistant, she was sorry and wanted to replace right away. She also rememberssed my 200 for the life time warranty and still allowed me to have the warranty for life on it. I have now the second ring for 6 days on and it is missing yet another diamond. I am very upset as I love my ring. So again I took it back this time the service was heartless and did not seem to care about my feelings about this happening. So I tried to replace my ring with another. NOT happening. Sending it away to be hopefully properly handled because my ring is the one for me. So here is to hoping all works out.
