CAA Store - East Mall

This store has the worst service. I have been there twice in the past 20 years, and will not go again. The store is dark and dingy, and I guess the atmosphere impacts on the staff. As soon as you walk in there is a ticket machine. I took one - number 35. The number 31 was on the machine on the wall. There was one other customer in the store ant three women behind a counter. I wandered around looking at the items for sale and could not help overhearing a woman at a desk berating a customer on the phone for being worried about having no money in a foreign country, since CAA would have something for her in a "couple of days". After I had wandered around store a couple of minutes waiting for my number to be called one of the women behind the counter asked "Do you want something?" I felt as if I was interrupting a busy day ( at this point there was no-one else in the store) - zero customer service, bad attitude, rude employees - perhaps they should lock the front door during the day so no-one can wander in from the streets to bother them. I am a CAA Plus member, but if I had been a potential customer I would not have joined.
