Sussex Insurance - 104 Ave

I have been getting my car insurance at the Super Store on 104 Ave in Surrey, for about 7 years now. I had been switching every now and then but come to the conclusion that Sussex Super Store was the insurance provider for me. This basically is because of the individual that I enjoy dealing with, and his name is Roberto. I don't know him by his last name. I asked him how long he has worked there, and he said, "approximately 10 years". Roberto has a very low key, informative, intelligent demeanor. He has always helped me to figure out the best coverage for me, even if I requested certain amount of payments, and he has also given me cautionary tips. Sometimes we talked about how only a few dollars was worth getting a lot more of coverage. He is never hurried and spends more time going over the particulars. I truly wait in line and specifically ask for him. Good on him, thanks for the great service over the years. Its guys like Roberto that makes a business worth coming back for. Thanks Roberto.
