Worse experience ever! Hired them and the first time they came to my house, one of the 2 cleaners was caught stealing money! And when we escalated to Daniela, she didn't even care that she had a thief on staff and instead protected the cleaner and lied about absolutely everything. Our mistake was not calling the cops on the spot (lesson learned). Clearly, this is part of the company's MO. Worse part was that the cleaning job was a waste of money, since the rooms the thief did, were barely cleaned (probably too busy looking for things to steal). I had to file a complaint with the police and BBB. Avoid these people. There are so many better options out there, more reasonably priced and won't steal from you!
