At the end of january this year i phoned asking for an extension to my membership for 6 months due to surgery. The answer was a flat NO. After some discussion i said i would then cancel. This was agreed to after a 30 day period. Now i am being charged again. After a heated discussion in which they insisted on an email and denied my January conversation they are cancelling me after an additional 30 days. What poor business practice. PR is sorely lacking. I guess they need my $16. I wont return and i would caution anyone to think twice before joining at Fleetwood Surrey.
