I really love this place, it's easily accessible, close to downtown Richmond and the staff members are just wonderful people. Training here is the right way to go. No one judges you and everyone here tries their best to accommodate your plans and goals. I've started working out here 5 times a week and so far I have lost 18lbs in a month and a half. Usually the best times to go is anytime from morning, until around 5pm. Then the rush comes in, but it gets pretty empty around 7:30pm, which is great because they don't close until 10pm on most days. I would say the only downside is the price of personal training, however, they do offer payment plans based on your needs, so that is a plus. Overall I would rank this 9.5/10.
