Excellent service when I purchased the snowblower.
When I had to bring it in for repair the first time they gave me the runaround, it eventually got fixed. Brought it in for service, same issue, the second time and couldn't even get them to agree to a repair date.
Had a friend call to make apppointment to have her machine fixed outside warranty and they were willing to repair next day for him.
Things that make you go hmmmm.
