I have gone to this Food Basics off and on over 15 years. It used to be ok. For the last 6 years the service has gone straight downhill. The manager is unreasonable. At one point he refused to buy new hand baskets because he said they only got stolen. So there were no hand baskets available. Every time I go in there the lineups are so long that they wrap into each other and it's hard to tell where one ends. Today I had to go in for a rush pickup otherwise I would have walked straight out again. The lineups were crazy. I asked the one cashier why it was always like that and she said that people are always calling in sick so they are always short staffed. I hate that store and will only go in there when desperate. I don't know who it was who commented that they give 'awesome customer service'. They must be a relative because it is false.
