We had a heavy rainstorm on Thursday afternoon that resulted in water coming into our fireplace and through the stone facade around the fireplace. I called them and within 45 minutes they were at my door. they came in to see what was occurring then went up on the roof to investigate. they found a large crack in the concrete chimney cap that was allowing rain to penetrate and flow down the outside of the firebox and down to the hearth. There was no roof leak at all. they wrap the chimney with plastic and gave me instructions on the necessary repairs. I highly recommend The Roof Whisperer Newmarket for their quality work and customer care.

This five star review is very well deserved. I have to say I was very scared to ever hire another contractor after having such a bad experience several years ago with a contractor ruining my house. So this was my first big project since then. From start to finish the owner hands down was amazing. I got 12 brand new sound package Anlin windows and sound package sliding door for my entire house. one of their Manager showed up to my house on day one of two of the window install. We went over some of my concerns. I was really impressed on how they both handled everything and putting my mind at ease. Thanks a lot for the great customer service and great communication.
