I had to reschedule a The Roof Whisperer Scarborough inspection several times and they were very understanding and accommodating. they exceeded my expectations on the roof inspection and provided a very thorough and detailed report with lots of pictures. they called me after the inspection to talk things over with me. When I had more questions later, they were even willing to answer my questions by phone late on a Friday evening. I wish I had called them sooner during my home buying process. We were looking to replace our 20 year old roof on our 60 year old home, we also plan to keep the home until our son inherits it, we contacted The Roof Whisperer Scarborough to look at existing roof, but more importantly to give us some guidance as to how the new roof should be applied, materials to use, etc. In other words , consult before accepting bids from local roofing companies. We reviewed a few bids and discussed the pros and cons of each. This process was incredibly helpful, as the new materials available can get confusing, as well as the correct application of the materials. We felt that we were educated and now have a better understanding of our needs, they were very patient in explaining materials and processes and gave us some info that we had not even thought of before. Roofing is expensive if done right! Spend a few dollars and get an independent review of your existing roof and advice for a new one. this could save aggravation and worries in the future. The people at The Roof Whisperer Scarborough really care about what they do and how they do it. They were clean, respectful, hard working and honest. Instead of just slapping on a new roof I felt like I was dealing with old world craftsmen and at a very competitive price.

Excellent experience with this company from start to finish. they were lightning fast in responding, getting a quote, and scheduling install. The windows were installed last day, and the installers did a wonderful job. The windows look amazing!
Furthermore, they took every precaution for COVID, including letting us take our own measurements for the initial quote. After the job was completed, they took the time to call and make sure everything was up to our expectations- phenomenal service. Lastly, a few other quotes I received were much higher than The Roof Whisperer Scarborough, one was nearly double for the exact same windows.

After requesting quotes , the owner responded within 5 minutes, and I was impressed. I had a small job- replacing my current kitchen window with a garden window, and he was more than accommodating. Never got the feeling that I was below their level, which was the feeling I got from a few other replies. After a quick in home consultation, they scheduled my instalment a few weeks later, because the window had to be custom made. then they came to install, and they were great! On time, efficient, nice and super chill guys. A few hours later, I have a gorgeous new garden window, and a few square feet more counter space in my tiny kitchen. They patched up the wall flawlessly, replaced the original melding and it's perfection! Will definitely be calling The Roof Whisperer Scarborough again for any home improvement needs to come.
