I had The Roof Whisperer Aurora come out to do a roof inspection and get a roof certification for a home that we had in escrow, the inspector arrived before the appointment time, took time to show me the evidence of leaks and explained everything very well, he even helped with some other issues that I needed help with, he had the report to me that afternoon, even though we weren't able to get the roof certification right away due to leaks and necessary repairs, I definitely will use The Roof Whisperer Aurora again and would recommend you give them a call.

The installers were polite, wore a mask, and cooperated with other contractors working on other projects in the home. They followed my instructions and did a nice job respecting the house. they provided the lowest bid on the same exact windows and on a faster timeline. Chris and Valentin came over and replaced my main sewer line and showed up with a positive attitude, my pet peeve is when a service provider gives you a 4 hour window of when they'll show up, and still show up an hour late-- this seems to happen to me all the time, that didn't happen with this team, they were on the spot, showing up right at the early part of the window! They respected all the COVID protocol and wore masks and shoe covers every Time they entered the house, once the job was done, they showed me before and after pics and thoroughly tested to make sure everything was functioning. I'd highly recommend these guys, and props to The Roof Whisperer Aurora for hiring not just good plumbers, but more importantly, good guys!
