Great service and went above and beyond what I expected. Price was also lower than I expected. Jacqueline and the rest of her staff very friendly and surprised me. I wasn't able to get a ride to get it to the shop. They had a guy come and pick up my truck and called me a few hours later to pick it up. It was greatly appreciated and would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Windshield Surgeons for repair or new. No I wasn't paid to write this. haha. Thanks again and I've referred a couple of co workers already. Cheers and have a great summer!!

Used this location twice for 2 different cars gave me a quote over the phone didn't change the windshield for a few months but only charged what I was quoted . Excellent service

Save yourself a headache and avoid these guys at all costs. They are deceptive and have poor workmanship.
Used them to replace the windshield on a 2014 Subaru and ended up having 3 windshields installed because of poor workmanship and quality. I had paid extra for a certain brand of windshield which was scratched when they brought it in and they had to polish it out because they said no others were available. When they were finished they gave me the car back with 6 out of 6 bottom cowling clips broken. The windshield had bad distortion in it, maybe from polishing, and they agreed to replace it again after ordering new clips. I expected they would be honorable and put in the windshield I had specifically ordered the first time but instead they pulled a switcheroo and installed a cheap XYG Chinese brand. This time they broke two corner moldings and put in too much sealant to the point that it was buckling the rubber windshield seal and gave it back to me.
They call you outside to have a discussion with you when they screw up so other customers waiting inside don't hear what's going on. We discussed that the latest windshield was not the brand I ordered and the poor workmanship performed and the broken parts and they agreed to make it right and replace it again for the third time.
The manager went out of her way to ensure she wasn't there when I went to pick it up the third time. She evaporated in the 10 minutes it took for me to get there after calling to say they were done. She had the installer go outside to tell me that the she decided not to bring in the brand I ordered and was expecting because of cost and again installed the cheap XYG brand. The second windshield visual quality actually wasn't too bad but the third one is poor. If I would have known they didn't intend on ordering and installing what I paid for I wouldn't have gone for a third install.
Lesson learned they are liars and cannot be trusted.
This company really pushes XYG and tells you all windshields are made in China now and that they meet all safety specifications. This is just plain lying. They may meet the safety specifications but the visual quality is horrible with plenty of distortion in that glass. I have 4 other vehicles that do not have windshields made in China and the quality is night and day. Avoid this company and stay away from windshields with the stamp containing DOT 563.

I was quoted on two vehicles, a Pontiac and a Chev. I was told that there might be an additional charge for the Pontiac if it required a new moulding - no problem. I made an appointment for the Chev and was quoted an "all-in" price. There was no mention of moulding and I even asked about this. Knowing that some windshields are supplied with moulding, I thought I was good to go. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the Chev might need a new moulding and the price is even higher than what I was quoted for the Pontiac. The guy at the shop made it sound like the rep who quoted didn't know what he was talking about because he was "call centre".
