I had an issue with my delivery, they didn't pick up the old matress....aparently you have to book the pick up with them in advance, which wasn't told to me when I made the original purchase and asked if they will take my old matress. I now have to rent a truck to bring it to the dump...they have no sympathy other than we are sorry. I wanted to return the box spring and matress because I was upset and they do not have refunds! I will not shop there again! They were super nice when I was a purchaser but the minute there was a problem there is nothing they can do.
