I called and SIA came within an hour. Very professional, great customer service.

We had red squirrels in our attic and Sia and his team got them out using a one way gate that allowed the adults to come out but didn’t let them back in. Later they found the babies nesting in the wall and cut out the wall and pulled out the baby squirrels. Amazing service! Highly recommend their squirrel removal service and team.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sia for my raccoon problem in Newmarket. I had started hearing noises inside my attic at night time, my neighbors told me they have seen raccoons on top of my roof. I searched for raccoon removal in Newmarket and found Sia wildlife control with great reviews.

Sia arrived at our property and within 15 minutes he had reviewed the entire roof, provided an inspection report that pinpointed all the vulnerable areas where raccoons could get into my home. I decided to do all the prevention he had recommended and we skipped the ones that were less likely to happen.

Sia was very friendly, approachable and flexible with pricing and his work quality was great with a 2 year warranty. He explained everything in detail and knew there were babies in the attic by our description of noises. He told us the babies were late this year and only 2 weeks old.

He returned 2 days later as promised to finish the job by removing the door and placing back the soffit.

We had a bat problem in our home in Newmarket. The problem was a yearly occurrence where bats would fly in through the basement, until we called Sia. Sia came and explained how they were getting in and detailed the job and expense.

The job took 6 hours and the cost was as quoted before completion. Sia waited for the bats to mature before removing the bats from the attic and suggested the results will be seen in by either winter or spring 2020.
