Tuxedo Royale Formals

We went to pick a tux for my son's graduation and we were met with the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The girl that handled our order (East Indian brunette) was so obnoxious and she had no courtesy what so ever. She was just unwelcoming and very rude. My son asked to try couple of shoe sizes so he can try to fit his in-sole and the girl was rolling her eyes. I could hear huffing and puffing while going to get the shoe. I spent more than $250 at the store and I got horrible customer experience in return. If this company wants to stay in business then they better train their employees to have some courtesy and respect for the customers. The company should have a customer feedback system so that the employees would know that they will be held accountable for their horrible service, otherwise why should they care? Never ever going back again.
