Daniel was very professional. He explained every aspect of the installation, how it will be done , reasons for each step which must be taken, the final outcome, which is peace of mind, in knowing that all will be well in the future function of the installation. I did use another Company years earlier for a sump pump installation . Therefore I was able to compare the information provided then and that I received from Daniel. They were highly recommended, but when they were finished, the basement leaked.
The membrane was not installed as high as originally promised
They came back, removed newly installed and painted drywall, and did some patchwork.
Now they aren’t responding on the cost of drywall repair.

RCC did a fantastic job with the waterproofing of our basement. The workers worked very fast and were meticulous in repairing cracks in our foundation. However, we were disappointed in the communication during the project. On the third mornings we came out 30 mins after they arrived to check in and found they had dug up a whole garden bed without warning us or communicating about it. It would have been easy to tell us on day 1 that they were going to need to use that space and we could have taken the time to carefully move our plants. It would have also been good to have a heads up with the amount of vibration their compacting machine would cause, as a few pieces of art fell of the walls. Finally after they had left, we have found a few chicken bones in the grass by where they would have their lunches. Not only did this feel disrespectful but it also poses a danger to our dog.

However, we are very concerned and sincerely apologize for the significant shortcomings you experienced with our on-site communication and conduct. This is not the professional standard we demand from our teams. RCC provided me with a detailed quote and fair pricing. Three workers showed up at the house and worked tirelessly on a particularly hot and humid day. The work done showed respect for the property and me as the owner. Although they could not avoid removing some shrubbery to access the foundation of the house, they did so with much care in order to minimize damage to the garden. They worked a full day and did a thorough job repairing and covering up any cracks to the foundation. Truly a professional job. Hope I don’t need them again, but if I did, I would not hesitate asking them to return and do the job for me. Highly recommend! There’s a reason why they have been around for as long as they have. 👍
