Had water coming into my basement through a crack in my foundation. Had a few quotes done and after so many of my friends recommending RCC I finally called them. Anthony got in touch and came by. He was great to deal with. Very professional and easy to talk to. Joey and Jessy were amazing. They were on time, very pleasant and professional.
Lachante back at the office was also so pleasant. Highly recommend them!

RCC waterproofed our external back wall several months ago using a sub-contracted team in what was supposed to be a quick, simple, painfree job. We had no prior issues and were simply being proactive. Unfortunately, since they completed their work, a massive sinkhole has formed in our backyard where they did the job. To their credit, they originally sent back the crew but instead of assessing the cause they simply filled it with clay from another job site. The sinkhole immediately returned triple the size and our entire back wall and their own waterproofing materials are completely exposed to the elements for several feet deep. Prior to their work, we had zero issues with sinking soil.

RCC continues to avoid returning my calls, simply doesn't answer my emails or texts, and won't even give me simple advice on next steps. We were willing to work with them patiently to understand the root cause, but their complete lack of communication is unacceptable.

At this point, the issue poses a significant legal liability issue, as we have a toddler and a tenant who are in danger of significant physical harm due to the damage they have caused and refuse to acknowledge. Furthermore, there is a high likelihood that the issue is becoming a danger to the integrity of the entire structure. My wife and I are reasonable adults, but I cannot consciably recommend a company with so little regard for safety or accountability.

If someone is harmed due to this significant hazard, or if our property or foundation continues to see increasing damage, we will have no recourse but to pursue full legal and financial restitution.

We are deeply disappointed by this experience.

Daniel was very professional. He explained every aspect of the installation, how it will be done , reasons for each step which must be taken, the final outcome, which is peace of mind, in knowing that all will be well in the future function of the installation. I did use another Company years earlier for a sump pump installation . Therefore I was able to compare the information provided then and that I received from Daniel. I now have peace of mind as I now understand what is being done and the function of what was installed. Thanks Daniel!!

Used them for an outside repair of a foundation crack. Was very happy with them, from the sales gentlemen who came to the workers that did the job. All went well and they arrived on time and cleanup afterwards was great. Would recommend for sure.

A pleasure to work with - communication was quick and quality of work was thorough. We had mold growing on one of the basement walls and the RCC team was able to quickly schedule us in, cleaned everything up and left it spotless. They also discovered that we had cracks in the foundation, which we will have RCC repair as well. Their service is honest and reliable; we wouldn’t go anywhere else and would definitely recommend RCC.

RCC did a fantastic job with the waterproofing of our basement. The workers worked very fast and were meticulous in repairing cracks in our foundation. However, we were disappointed in the communication during the project. On the third mornings we came out 30 mins after they arrived to check in and found they had dug up a whole garden bed without warning us or communicating about it. It would have been easy to tell us on day 1 that they were going to need to use that space and we could have taken the time to carefully move our plants. It would have also been good to have a heads up with the amount of vibration their compacting machine would cause, as a few pieces of art fell of the walls. Finally after they had left, we have found a few chicken bones in the grass by where they would have their lunches. Not only did this feel disrespectful but it also poses a danger to our dog.
