Had water coming into my basement through a crack in my foundation. Had a few quotes done and after so many of my friends recommending RCC I finally called them. Anthony got in touch and came by. He was great to deal with. Very professional and easy to talk to. Joey and Jessy were amazing. They were on time, very pleasant and professional.
Lachante back at the office was also so pleasant. Highly recommend them!

5-start not because of the job done but for how RCC responded to the damage that was done. We had our entire basement waterproofed. One week after the final work was done which included the installation of a sump pump, it was discovered that not only had the water main been broken but the crew doing the work had dumped all of the mud, stone, clay from the basement into one of our gardens. We were flabbergasted by this level of disrespect for our property and for us. This after having taken very good care of their crew for the week, providing them with unlimited water, coffee, snacks etc. to make their jobs less onerous, this is who we are and how we treat all contractors, with due respect. Given our poor experience with the lead on the crew throughout the week and with the subsequent sump pump installation, I was not expecting to get a positive response from RCC to the broken watermain. Den took the call seriously and assigned a date for a crew to come out and fix the problem. Given the bad experience, I was still not sure they would show up until I saw their van right on time! By this time, the sump pump was creating a skating rink on my neighbours driveway from the water from the broken water main! Shortly after MIchael and George arrived, they inspected the problem, turned off the water at the street and began the work. Michael and George were kind, competent, patient, reassuring and a breath of fresh air to work with after our experience with the previous crew leader. Within less than a full day, they dug up the area over the broken watermain to expose it, arranged for a plumber to come in and fix the break and closed it back up. They also cleaned up our garden that the previous crew lead had filled (we had just made a passing comment on this by way of comparison to how Michael and George treated us)! They said the RCC owners would have been very upset had they known that and that this isn't how RCC company and teams operate. That made sense to me as RCC gets great reviews. It appears we just got a bad crew leader or a crew leader having a bad day(s)! My wife and I are still so thankful for Michael and George, not only in the work that they did, but in how they did it. They are the reason for this 5 star review. They represented RCC very well!

A couple weeks ago we needed some urgent repairs done to the side of the house. I contacted RCC Waterproofing and spoke with Den. After briefing him on the problem, we arranged a date. THE A TEAM (Anthony and crew) arrived on time and wasted little time in getting down to business. The 4 team members worked like a well-oiled machine, each one doing his part toward completion. They laid down tarps to pile the sand on and prepared the supplies and equipment as other team members began to dig. The 5-foot by 3-foot trench was done under two hours. The entire work was completed under 6 hours including clean up. Anthony! You guys are awesome. Truly an “A TEAM”

RCC trenched around inside perimeter of basement walls, installed pipe in trench, installed sump pump with discharge outside to yard, installed heavy duty membrane on walls to direct moisture into trench, and covered trench with new concrete.

They arrived when they said, and preformed all work within the time frame quoted. There were no extras-even when faced with some extra thick concrete floor; the quoted price was firm.

The crew was polite and courteous. They answered all the questions we put to them. The city inspector was well pleased, and approved the work without issue.

There was noise, vibration and concrete dust, but nothing more than was to be expected. Everything was cleaned up and all rubble removed.

Sales (Jeffery) and office staff (Lachante) were all very good to deal with. Jeffery was excellent before, during, and after the sales visit/quote process.

We would use RCC again, and can recommend them without reservation.

The guys who did the work were on time, efficient and dug to fix my leak in -6 C weather. They cleaned up and restored the graveled area like they were never there. I have had flooding in my basement and RCC came and put in a sump pump. They waterproofed and replaced the weeping tiles. They added a trench to take the water away from the house.
