Had water coming into my basement through a crack in my foundation. Had a few quotes done and after so many of my friends recommending RCC I finally called them. Anthony got in touch and came by. He was great to deal with. Very professional and easy to talk to. Joey and Jessy were amazing. They were on time, very pleasant and professional.

We had RCC come out and do some waterproofing for us as we were getting water entering our laundry room with heavy rains. From the initial quoting process to the end of the actual waterproofing work, Den and Roy’s crew were on time, took necessary steps to protect the backyard during excavation and backfill and left the backyard as clean as it was prior to any work being done, as well as stayed right on budget. Highly recommend RCC!

Very happy with RCC, once we agreed upon price, they were there within 2 weeks, showed up at 8:30 in the morning, all cleaned up, packed up & driving out the driveway by 5:30, very professional, would recommend them to anybody.

Our sump pump stopped working, and fortunately Rick Deagazio, our neighbour, works for RCC. Rick took charge of everything for us, and the new sump pump is working perfectly. I highly recommend RCC Waterproofing for anyone having water-related problems.

I am happy with the work done by Den and Darwin. They sealed my whole basement with some sort of plastic material. Now, my basement is warmer and there is no water leak. I am saving on hydro bill !

Basement wall crack repair: we opted for carbon fibre strapping. Fair price. Very friendly professional and great warranty. We worked with Den for a straightforward and easy to understand quote. Got other quotes too. RCC wasn’t the lowest price but it wasn’t the highest either. We were impressed with the long history of RCC being in service and the assurance of quality work they would stand behind. Michael and his team were great.they were fast, efficient , and cleaned up like there was no work done. Very friendly and professional. We had the work done several months ago and now that we are in the winter with having g had some thaw and refreeze there has been no issues.

I called RCC. Den came out to survey the situation (quoted the job), a few solutions were offered, the price was fair.
Tom & his crew came out, got to work, kept the site clean and did their waterproofing with great care.
Den coordinated with an electrician to repair the conduit running from the service outside to the electrical panel. It turned out that the builder didn't do their job properly.
In the end, the job was finished 1 day early and we're confident that we won't and whoever purchases our home at some point will not have any water issues in the basement.
