Had water coming into my basement through a crack in my foundation. Had a few quotes done and after so many of my friends recommending RCC I finally called them. Anthony got in touch and came by. He was great to deal with. Very professional and easy to talk to. Joey and Jessy were amazing. They were on time, very pleasant and professional.
Lachante back at the office was also so pleasant. Highly recommend them!

I was referred to RCC and I’m so glad I decided to use them. It was a good experience from the minute I contacted them. Ramy was helpful on the phone and came out to see the site within 48 hours. He quickly told me what work needed to be done, gave me a fair price and was able to do the work shortly thereafter. Kiddy and his team showed up on time as promised, clearly communicated what they were going to be doing and gave me updates throughout the day. At the end you could hardly tell they’d been there because they returned the site to what it was, with no debris. I’m confident I will have a dry basement in future!

We had a crack in our outside wall and water was slowly leaking into our basement. There was also a patch of mold forming at the base of the wall. We contacted RCC Waterproofing and they sent out Den to assess the area and give us a quote for the work. He gave us different options, and we went with the internal work, mold remediation and a sump pump installation. The guys came on time on the dates given. Explained to us the work they were to do,and did the job in a timely and neat manner. They thoroughly cleaned the area after the work was done and disposed of all the waste. I appreciate the efficiency of their work and thank them for a job well done

The people who came and did the work were fantastic, the administration and setting everything up was challenging. Had to call back a lot and follow up a lot to get it to happen. But otherwise satisfied

RCC did 75 linear feet of exterior weatherproofing recently our 1960's block foundation home and did a great job! They are competitive on pricing and do it right even as far as including city permits for the job. I have already recommended them to a family member and would recommend them to others without hesitation Thanks again to the RCC team!

For anybody interested, RCC Waterproofing, Anthony and crew did an awesome job. In two days, they dug up the whole side of the house. Mud was everywhere, now they are leaving and you can't even tell they were here. The place looks great. And it is better than it was before they got here. So I can't recommend RCC Waterproofing enough!

Mauro was my consultant and provided a professional, no-pressure consultation with a clear and fair quote for the foundation repair. He thoroughly explained the process and scope of work, which included hand excavation, foundation repair, installing a 4-inch weeping tile system, and protective membrane application.

The crew-KZZ arrived on time, worked diligently, and showed great care in protecting my property. They dug to the specified depth, carefully removed and set aside gravel for reuse, and completed the repair efficiently. After finishing, they cleaned the site thoroughly and left everything neat and tidy.

This review is based on my experience with the pricing consultation and the work done so far. We will have to wait for the next rainstorm to confirm the waterproofing effectiveness. Based on the professionalism and quality demonstrated to date, I feel confident in their work and would recommend RCC Waterproofing.

To begin with, I didn't want water in my basement.
RCC has a long history in this business. I called. RCC assessed, provided the quote promptly, engaged with an electrician through their network to do the underground work that the builder did not do properly and it was like I had a team taking care of me and my problem.
They were quick, the crew that did the repair kept the work area organized and cleaned up at the end of the day.

We had a crack on both sides of our house. One of them was causing a leak into the basement. I reached out to RCC and Mauro arrived promptly to provide a quote and answer my questions. Mauro arranged workers to arrive within 2 weeks to fix the issue (outside repair was recommended). The workers fixed everything and cleaned up the any remaining mess. We are happy with the results as the leak was fixed.

I hired RCC for a foundation repair and was impressed with the process. The estimator was knowledgeable and provided a straightforward, no-pressure quote that clearly detailed the work to be done. The work crew was punctual, hardworking, and professional. They took care to protect the area and left the site clean. The crew were friendly, able to accommodate our schedule and adaptable to our changing needs. They were done in 2 days, and best of all...they cleaned it all up again as if they'd never been there. It became pretty clear to me that Den at RCC was a solutions provider. He was consultative in his approach and didn't try and over-sell. He was patient and understanding and trustworthy. RCC has been amazing in helping me to finally remedy a chronically leaky basement. Because I'm in a townhouse, I didn't want to go with an external repair because it would impact my neighbour's patio and fence, as well as mine. Rick was my rep and was incredibly responsive to my inquiries and in helping me with options to fix the problem from the inside. I initially started by just repairing one small part of the basement but then decided to do the entire thing, so I actually went through two jobs with them. Both of the crews, led by Michael the first time and Chris the second time, were amazing. They were respectful of my house, laying down floor coverings, and cleaning up when they were done. Chris even checked my sump pump at the end of the job (which he is absolutely not required to do) and discovered it wasn't working due to some tangled wires, and was about to overflow. He fixed the issue and saved me another headache and service call. We've had a lot of rain over the past few days and normally I would see at least one stream of water in my basement, now it's completely dry and I have a load off my shoulders.

I've used RCC on two different projects now, and can say that Ramy and his crew leader Omar are professional, polite and excellent at their jobs. Work done on schedule, on budget and of the highest quality. 5 Stars!
