Arthur!
We agreed that you would come to my residence, and due to the distance, for $300 you will measure the roof and provide a quote for the replacement, which I considered a fair arrangement.
You did so on August 18 th, collected $300 and were supposed to submit the quote next day, which did not happen.,
I called you on the 21st, you picked up the phone (possibly not knowing it was from me), and promised the quote by noon Friday 22nd.
That did not happen either. I called on the 25th, but this time you did not pick up the phone.
Today is August the 27th and that's what I will do:
I will call you and hopefully we will talk, if you do not pick up the phone and I have a strong suspicion you will not, this is the course of further action.
I request, you either submit the quote or return $300 by Friday August the 29th, 5 pm, failing which I will kiss goodbye to $300, and you will enjoy a brief review online.
