I have been shopping at this store for the past 4 years. As a personal trainer I am always I need of fitness equipment for myself and my clients. I met Julian (the store manager) after bad experiences at other fitness shops. He has always looked out for my clients and I to ensure we get the best prices! If you are looking for exceptional service make sure to go in and ask for Julian. I recommend him to everyone I know!

Bought item with four years of warranty.
When it comes to trying to get repair.
Its been since June I am still out of a work out machine and its mid Sept.
Do not purchase from them. No help what so ever. Do not purchase warranty as well.
