Bought a great spin bike. Great price. Excellent product and great service at the Industrial Rd location.

Bought item with four years of warranty.

When it comes to trying to get repair.
Its been since June I am still out of a work out machine and its mid Sept.

Do not purchase from them. No help what so ever. Do not purchase warranty as well.

TERRIBLE service on Industrial Ave. Staff were rude and curt.

Went to Kanata. All the staff there seemed very happy and knowledgeable. We purchased some equipment there, and plan to return for more!

Fitness Depot is a great place to find mid to high end exercise equipment. Buyer do have to be careful because occassionally identical brands and items (such as some of the free weights) can be found at Canadian Tire at about 1/3 to 1/4 the price. I highly recommend skipping the Industrial Road location in Ottawa and heading to the Fitness Depot in Kanata, because the sales people were very rude on the phone (both times I called to ask questions about a possible purchase) and in person.
