Sophia Esthetic

I went to Sophia's to get a Brazillian wax. I was paying with a groupon and fully expected the kind of sub-standard treatment I've gotten at other places when using any kind of deal.

Sophia's is a pleasant surprise. The receptionist was friendly and upbeat and my esthetician, Louise, was absolutely amazing! Such a sweetheart, she was super friendly through the whole thing. I'm not a super hairy individual but it was still a total shock that my waxing was all done in under ten minutes. They use a hard wax which apparently hurts less-thank god, because I have zero pain tolerance. I still found that it hurt but that's kind of a given when you go somewhere to let strangers rip your hair out at the roots. She did an excellent job as well. I've been shaving for the past few months so some tiny short hairs were left behind but Louise got rid of them with tweezers.
I am really happy about my speedy and professional waxing! I will definitely go back again

She really works in collaboration with you during the procedure(s). The salon is very clean, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the prices are competitive! This is the place in Ottawa for permanent make-up and esthetic services! P.S. No, it does not hurt!

I cannot say enough good things about Sophia Esthetics! I HIGHLY recommend Sophia for her permanent makeup services, as she is a true artist! She is precise, patient, and most important ......listens to what her clients want. I also see Bianca for various services... and will highly recommend her for waxing as well! (the best place I have ever gone to for this) Bianca is also very professional, meticulous, and very confident in her skills. I highly recommend seeing her for MISENCIL lashes! You will love it !!!! The salon is very clean and the prices are very competitive! You will not be disappointed!!!
