I’ve been with Public Storage for almost a year, and the facility has always been clean, neat, and well maintained. This weekend I was looking for a larger unit, and Kelly was fantastic. She showed me several options and helped me find the right unit for my needs. I moved into my bigger unit today, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Great staff. Transparent communications and easy set up of account. Online set up of account is possible however you need to visit the physical location for verification of ID and sign the paperwork.
The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Access is secure, monitoring system installed and only customers can enter the facility by use of code. Locks need to be purchased. They have excellent offers for new customers.
Facility is climate controlled , has 2 large lifts and sufficient carts for loading/unloading stuff. The only downside I felt was the facility did not have a bin to dump trash when I was clearing the storage. Extremely satisfied and will recommend to go for it if you need storage space.

We had a great experience today at the Public Storage in Vaughan.
Simran helped with all our questions and concerns, since this was our very first time renting a storage unit.
The facility is clean and the staff were very friendly taking the time to show us different storage sizes, so we could decide which would best suit our needs.

I’ve used Public Storage twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The facility on Jane Street in Vaughan is clean, secure, and well-maintained, with everything you’d want from a storage space—temperature control, safety, and easy access.

What really stands out, though, is the staff—especially Kelly. She is incredibly efficient, professional, and respectful of your time. When I came in on a very tight schedule, she had everything completed quickly and smoothly, without cutting corners. She goes the extra mile to ensure you get the right unit at the best price, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers.
